Another 5 Minute Meal: “Gourmet” Franks and Beans

This is kind of Cuban style I believe. I just made it up and it’s easy and delicious:

1 can black beans
1 onion
1 spicy sausage (I used a chicken apple something)
chile peppers or chipotle powder
oil (olive oil yum)

Heat oil.

Slice or chop onion and sautee it until onions are clear. The longer you sautee the onions the better!

Add the can of beans and chopped up sausage. The flavor from the sausage will come out.

Bring it to a boil then let it simmer about 10 or more minutes. Taste it and spice it up if you like!
